Summary: Hello, We had a wonderful experience during this cooking class. The service was perfect; we were picked up from our hotel and drove together to a local market! Mom even memorized our names, as she found them so difficult! How cute is that! The market was super fun, as these markets are full of locals and you hardly encounter any tourists! At the market, we received a lot of explanation about the different vegetables, fruits, herbs, and other ingredients you'll need during the cooking class. We then went to Mom Vikanda's house, where she had everything perfectly organized. First, we were given some drinks, and she prepared everything. Then we could get started. We had a few dishes, and it was super fun! We were a small group of four people. The other couple happened to be from the Netherlands, which was great! At the end, we received a diploma signed with our names! We chatted with Mom for a bit, and then she politely drove us back to our hotel! We received the recipes in our inbox the very next day, so that was fantastic! A super fun experience, and I definitely recommend it, especially Mom! Lots of laughter, singing, and chatting! Thanks Mom for this unforgettable experience! Sincerely, Stijn and Nynke

Summary: Mam's Thai cooking class was so much more than what I expected. Mam is a wonderful host and was so knowledgeable on the subject of thai cooking. We visited the local market which by itself was worth the tour. After buying fresh ingredients we went to her home which had an outdoor covered kitchen and eatery. She was so patient and she guided me thru the actual preparation of the 6 different dishes. You won't find a better class to take!
